Unlike some professional service firms, we do not bill on an hourly basis. We want our clients to feel free to call upon us or utilize us for as long as seems necessary without worrying that they are going over budget or incurring lots of additional fees for travel or unplanned business expenses. Thus, whenever possible, a capitated amount is established and agreed upon before the start of any engagement so that the client knows and can budget for the work to be completed.
How are fees determined?
Fees are determined by the scope of the work required, projected timeline to complete goals, and by the degree of value added that a successful outcome would mean to the client.
